These last few weeks I have been working diligently on placing both text and images into the final iPad e-reader version of the Inferno. With the physical book finished it has been a weight off my shoulders and I’ve made really great progress. The digital text through Circle 7 is complete. Circle 8 & 9 contain more Cantos than the other Circles combined however, so there is still a time commitment involved but it is not overly difficult.
I’ve received three illustrations from the amazing Syncline Kaptur, and those are in place in the document. I won’t reveal them here, but please be sure to check out Circles 1, 5 and 9 😉 The remaining illustrations I am completing myself in Illustrator. These, along with the text placement will be my focus for the next two weeks.
The very last thing I need to finish is adding branding to my display. I was lucky enough to have my dad build the wall-mounted display and it looks phenomenal. I will be screen printing branding on the front in red and gold.
