This was my senior thesis project at CCAD. I took Dante's "Inferno" and created an interactive, digital reading experience for the iPad using InDesign's DPS features. The digital version features navigation divides by each circle of Hell. The circles are then further divided by the cantos in that circle. There are notes for each of these cantos to help the reader understand the text.

To accompany the digital version, I hand-bound hard cover copies of the book. I created the cover design and screen printed it onto book leather with ink and gold leaf.I removed the paperback cover and bound my own to the text block.

Finally, both the digital and print version of the text were on display at the thesis show using the wall mount display I designed below. The illustrations that accompany were done in part by Synclaire Katpur, and part by myself (exmamples below).
